What you need
cup whey protein

tsp italian seasoning

cup egg white

cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs

turkey burger

lettuce

cup marinara sauce

slice whole wheat hamburger buns
Instructions
1: Mix the whey protein (can use gluten-free flour) and seasoning. 2: Cover each burrata ball in the egg whites then cover in the whey protein mix, again in egg white and then cover in panko. Freeze for 30-60 minutes. 3: Air fry the turkey burgers (already unfrozen) for 16 minutes at 355F. 4: Air fry the burrata for 9 minutes at 400F. 5: Serve the burger buns with lettuce, turkey burger, burrata and marinara sauce and enjoy!View original recipe
