1: Slice the bagels in half. 2: Mix the unsweetened almond milk with vanilla extract, monk fruit and egg whites. 3: Soak each slice of bagels in the mix and place them in your air fryer basket. 4: Spray the ghee on top and cook for 6-8 minutes at 380F. 5: Mix and microwave the ingredients for the blueberry compote and mash with a fork, set aside to let it cool down. 6: Mix the cream filling well, stuff one half of the bagel with it and top with blueberries and the other half of the bagel. 7: Serve with maple syrup and enjoy!View original recipe
