What you need

no-calorie sweetener

mandarin orange

unsweetened almond milk

skim vanilla greek yogurt
lime gelatin dessert mix
Instructions
Slice the mandarins in half and carefully remove the flesh, set these aside. In a large bowl add the greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk and squeeze one half of the mandarins. Beat all the ingredients for the pudding for 3-5 minutes. Stuff the mandarin shells with the mix and refrigerate for at least 40 minutes.
