What you need

cup natural sugar

tsp vanilla extract

cup skim milk yogurt

cup liquid egg whites

cup eggnog

tbsp milk powder

cup whipped cream
Instructions
Method. 1. Preheat the oven at 350F. 2. Mix all the ingredients for the base in a bowl and press the dough into a small baking dish. Create some pie edges with your fingers, bake for 15-18 minutes 3. Mix all the ingredients for the filling and pour over the pie base. 4. Whip the whipping cream and using a whipping cream dispenser top the eggnog pie. 5. Add the sprinkles and enjoy!
