Instructions
Start cooking the egg whites on a skillet and add the seasoning. Let it cook for 2 minutes then fold carefully and let it cook for other 3 minutes approximately. Slice it half. Toast the bread for 4 minutes. Over a piece of bread add the lettuce, followed by the egg whites, chipotle dressing, goat cheese and turkey patty. Top with the left piece of bread.
