What you need

red onion

cup artichoke

tsp salt

tsp pepper

cup cherry tomato

naan

swiss cheese

tbsp italian seasoning

tsp garlic powder

cup green leaf lettuce
Instructions
Preheat the oven or grill at 350F. Place the salmon on a baking tray and add the seasonings. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350F. Grill for 25-30 minutes. Slice the flatbreads in half. And toast with the leftover heat from the oven or grill for 10 minutes. Wash and slice the vegetables. Spread cheese over flatbreads, followed by with lettuce, roasted onion, tomatoes, salmon and red pepper flakes. Optional add a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy!View original recipe
