Pumpkin Cheesecake French Toast Roll-Ups

What you need

swiss cheese

cup monk fruit extract

cup egg white

cup unsweetened almond milk

tsp ground cinnamon

bread loaf

tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Instructions
Mix all the unsweetened almond milk, egg whites, cinnamon and sugar-free maple syrup. Cut the edges of the bread and roll it up with a rolling pin. Add part of the pumpkin, cheese and a touch of alullose on top to each bread. Roll them carefully. Soak the roll-up in the mix, transfer to your air fryer or baking dish. Bake for 8 minutes at 350F.
