Instructions
1: Place the brussels sprouts, red onion and veggie burger on a baking tray or air fryer basket. Sprinkle sea salt, garlic, coconut aminos. 2: Bake for 22 minutes at 350F or air fry for 16 minutes at 355F. 3: Microwave the butternut squash for 2 minutes. 4: Once cooked, serve on a plate with the previously washed and chopped apple. 5: Top with parmesan cheese, cranberries, and dressing.
