Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all the unsweetened almond milk, maple syrup, ginger, baking salt, cinnamon, egg whites and vanilla extract. Cut the bread into squares. Add the bread to the mix and let it soak, transfer to a small baking dish. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the glaze.
