Cranberry Date & Nut Crescent Rolls

This is such a fun, easy and delicious recipe to make for this cranberry season! Made with simple and healthy ingredients, easy to make, no sugar added... just dates and bananas!

What you need

unsweetened coconut flakes

pecan

Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F. Remove the seeds from the dates, place them in a bowl and cover in water, add 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and microwave for 2 minutes. Drain all the excess water. Microwave for 1:30 minutes the banana and mix in with the dates along with vanilla extract and rest of cinnamon. Add cornstarch if desired, but helps with thickness. Mix in the coconut and pecans. Spread part of the date mix on top of each crescent triangle. Roll carefully from the larger part to the shorter part. Place them in a baking tray, sprinkle date sugar.
