What you need

garlic

black peppercorn

almond flour
natural sugar

chicken broth

liquid egg whites

baby greens

tomato

mayonnaise

toast bread
Instructions
Season the chicken with the ingredients and cover with almond flour, press with your fingers. Air fry for 20 minutes at 355F. Mix the egg whites with bone broth, add seasonings and soak each slice in the mix. Air fry for 5 minutes at 380F. Assemble your sandwich with french toast vegetables, aioli and chicken.
