Golden and crispy puff pastry rolls filled with a sweet cream cheese and strawberry mixture, topped with vanilla glaze and crushed freeze-dried strawberries, perfect as a dessert or snack.

What you need

tbsp butter, organic

cup cream cheese, room temperature

cup honey, Aunt Sue’s

tsp vanilla extract

cup strawberries, sliced

cup monk fruit extract

tbsp almond milk, unsweetened
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2. Mix the cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract for the filling. 3. Unfold the puff pastry dough and brush with butter. 4. Spread the filling evenly over one of the sheets and top with the other sheet of puff pastry dough. 5. Roll the dough carefully and create 8 rolls. 6. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish or tray. 7. Bake for 24-28 minutes until golden and crispy. 8. Mix the powdered monk fruit and almond milk for the glaze. 9. Top the rolls with glaze once cooled down. 10. Sprinkle crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
