Delicious green salsa enchiladas made using Cali'flour flatbreads, shredded chicken, and topped with cotija cheese. Perfect for a birthday celebration or any occasion! Easy to prepare in the air fryer or oven.

tbsp cotija cheese
Instructions
1: Preheat the air fryer or oven at 350F. 2: Place the unfrozen Cali'flour flatbreads on a flat surface and place some shredded chicken in the middle. 3: Roll each flatbread to form the enchilada. 4: Place three of the enchiladas into the air fryer over aluminum paper (for oven, place them all on a baking tray). 5: Air fry/bake them for 10 minutes. 6: Transfer them to a plate and top with green salsa, pico de gallo, and cotija cheese. 7: Enjoy!View original recipe
