tbsp lime gelatin

cup almond milk

cup monk fruit extract

vanilla ice cream

cup dried cherries

cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1: Mix the crumbled cookies, beef gelatin and monk fruit. 2: Add the hot almond milk and mix well. 3: Pour 1/4 cup of the mix into silicon molds of 6 or 12. 4: Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. 5: Spread the ice cream over the base. 6: Add the cherries. 7: Freeze a few hours or overnight and cut into 12 pieces. 8: Melt the chocolate and dip each bar, freeze again. 9: Enjoy!View original recipe
