cup nonfat greek yogurt

Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all the dry ingredients for the bars. Add the wet ingredients and mix until fully incorporated. Transfer the batter into a 8x8 silicone baking dish. Add one crushed biscoff cookie, top with the rest of the cookies and laughing cow cheese. *Sprinkle to water over the cookies to avoid them from burning.* Bake for 28 minutes.
