What you need

tsp black pepper

cup shredded chicken

cup shredded cheese

bell pepper

tbsp fresh cilantro
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven at 350°F. 2: Place the cauliflower crust (unfrozen) in a sushi rolling mat or waxed paper. 3: Cut two of the round ends of the crust. 4: Stuff with the ingredients in a horizontal way, from the side you sliced to the other end. 5: Roll it very carefully; it might crumble apart. If it crumbles apart, wrap it with aluminum paper to roll it back together. 6: Place them in a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes. If baking in aluminum, bake for 20 minutes, unwrap it, and bake for another 10 minutes. 7: Slice each chicken bake into 4 pieces, serve along with some vegetables. 8: Enjoy!View original recipe
