tbsp soy sauce

cup kimchi

tsp black pepper

tsp garlic powder

Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350F. 2: Remove the film from each Minute Rice Cup and microwave for 90 seconds (one cup is microwaved for 60 seconds). 3: Add the rice in a bowl and mix with rice vinegar, sriracha, garlic, black pepper, and sea salt. 4: Divide the rice into two and place it in two small baking dishes. 5: Drizzle Japanese mayonnaise on top. 6: Top them with kimchi and cheese. 7: Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese has fully melted. 8: Top with the garnish and enjoy!View original recipe
