What you need

¾ cup cashew

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp cream of tartar

1 ¼ cup natural sugar

½ cup coconut flour

1 banana

¼ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the brittle, pour & spread into a silicone dish and microwave for 3 minutes. Refrigerate for 1 hour or more. Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all the ingredients for the cookies, mix in the white chocolate chips and crushed brittle. Create 12 cookies and bake for 15 minutes. Enjoy!View original recipe
