cup eggnog

cup maple syrup

white bread
Instructions
Pass a baking roller to each slice of bread and add 1 tbsp of the ginger spice cashews butter on top of two slices of bread and top with the left slices. Cut the bread with a gingerbread man cookie cutter. Mix the egg whites, eggnog, vanilla extract, and monk fruit in a bowl. Cook in a coconut oil greased skillet 4 minutes each side.
