1: Slice the chicken into tenders. 2: Cover the chicken in the miso paste. 3: Mix the flour with sea salt. 4: Cover the chicken tenders in gluten-free flour. 5: Transfer and soak the tenders in the egg whites. 6: Coat the chicken tenders in the panko. 7: Air fry the chicken tenders for 23 minutes at 355°F or bake for 24 minutes at 350°F (set oven in roast). 8: Once cooked, serve the tenders with miso marinara sauce, cheese, and bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts (or microwave it). 9: Serve with hot honey, red pepper flakes & green onion, enjoy!View original recipe
