tbsp lemon juice

fresh raspberries

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf or round cake pan. 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the Vava Vanilla Dilettoso Mix with the rest of the ingredients for the cake. 3: Fold in the raspberries. 4: Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 5: Slice in half and let it cool down. 6: Mix the ingredients for the frosting. 7: Top one half with frosting and raspberries, then top with the other half and spread the rest of the frosting over the cake. 8: Decorate with raspberries, slice, and enjoy!View original recipe
