Instructions
1: In one bowl whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Set aside. 2: In a sealed plastic bag add the almonds and create a flour using a kitchen hammer or blender. 3: Add the ground almonds in a bowl with the coconut and finely chopped bacon. 4: For the sauce, mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside. 5: Preheat the oven to 375°F. 6: Dip one shrimp at a time in the eggs and then into the almond mixture. 7: Place them on a greased or silicone baking mat. 8: Bake for 15-18 minutes. 9: Let them cool down and serve with the sauce.View original recipe
