This is my iconic easy "Oreo" Custard Protein Pie recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular muffin.. this is healthy, chewy high protein and low fat.

What you need

cup egg white

tsp vanilla extract
cup natural sugar

flour tortilla
Instructions
Mix the egg whites with yogurt, monk fruit and vanilla in a bowl. Heat the tortilla for 10 seconds in the microwave and place the tortilla in a spray greased small baking dish (it should fit the tortilla and like in a pie presentation). Pour the batter over the tortilla and top with crushed cookies. Air fry for 16 minutes at 325F or bake at 350F for 20 minutes.View original recipe
