1: Smash the cooked potato and mix in the beets, sauerkraut, cornstarch, egg, and seasoning. 2: Create 11 balls. 3: Beat the egg in a bowl and place the panko in another bowl. 4: Dip each ball first in the egg then coat completely in the panko. 5: Place in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes at 385°F. 6: Mix the Polish Style Mustard and Greek yogurt. 7: Serve the crispy potato bites with dip and enjoy!View original recipe
