Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 425°F. 2: In a medium bowl, mix flour, sea salt, baking soda, ginger powder, green onions, garlic, and baking powder. 3: Grate the butter over the bowl with flour. 4: Stir the butter into the dry ingredients trying not to overwork it or break it down. 5: Mix the milk with the honey and pour it over the bowl with flour. 6: Using your hands, combine all the ingredients until you create your dough. 7: On a flour-covered surface, pull the dough together and gently press it out and fold it over. 8: Press out once again, turn 90 degrees, and fold it again. Repeat this step 4-5 times. 9: Press the dough, leaving 1 inch in height, and cut out 8 biscuits with a glass or biscuit cutter. 10: Transfer the biscuits to a baking tray. 11: Brush the biscuits with egg and bake for 13 minutes. 12: Serve with extra Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha, dried green onions, and red pepper flakes.View original recipe
