This is my iconic easy Eleanor Grey Vanilla Banana Bread recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular banana bread recipe .. this is healthy, high-protein and super easy to make!

What you need

sugar free maple syrup

unsweetened almond milk

chai tea

vanilla extract

honey

nonfat greek yogurt

banana

egg

baking powder

salt

gluten free flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Place the bananas in a bowl and microwave for 1:30 minutes. Steep the tea in 1/4 cup of boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Mix the brewed tea with almond milk. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, bananas and greek yogurt, honey and tea, mix well with the dry ingredients. Transfer the batter into a silicone loaf baking dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes and let them cool down. Mix the ingredients for the glaze, top the bread with it, slice and enjoy!View original recipe
