What you need

plain greek yogurt

fine sea salt

tomato sauce

ground black pepper

garlic powder

red onion

egg

white corn tortillas
Instructions
Cut the tortillas into pieces of 0.5 x 0.5 inch. Start cooking the onion in a non-stick skillet in medium heat. Add the sliced corn tortillas and let them toast for 1:30 minutes. Mix the eggs with seasonings. Pour the eggs over the tortillas. Let it cook for 2 minutes then fold carefully and let it cook for other 3 minutes approximately. Slice it half.
