What you need

cup whipped cream

banana

tbsp ground cinnamon

tsp vanilla extract

brown egg

cup sugar

cup coconut flour
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven at 350F. 2. Mix all the ingredients for the base and place the dough into 4 silicone muffin molds. 3. Bake for 8 minutes and let it cool. 4.
