vanilla extract

sucralose

vanilla protein powder

honeydew

unsweetened almond milk

jasmine rice
Instructions
Cook the rice, I used my instant pot (1 cup of rice + 2/3 cup of water for 12 minutes in high. Letting the steam loose naturally.) Mix all the ingredients for the rice pudding in a bowl, except for the blueberries. Microwave for 2 minutes. Stir well, and cook again for 1:30 minutes. In a jar place the blueberries and top with rice pudding. Add the toppings and enjoy!View original recipe
