This is my iconic easy Eggnog Protein Tiramisu recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular tiramisu recipe .. this is healthy, high-protein and super easy to make!

lady fingers

vanilla extract

strained yogurt

ground cinnamon

milk

Instructions
Mix the greek yogurt with 3 tbsp of egg nog, alullose, cinnamon and vanilla extract. In a glass pour the leftover eggnog and milk. Soak completely each lady finger and place them in a small square container that fits the cookies. Add a layer of cookies, top it with a layer with the greek yogurt. Repeat the last step with leftover ingredients and refrigerate for a couple of minutes or overnight. Top with a layer of granulated monk fruit.View original recipe
