What you need

sugar free maple syrup

vanilla extract

plain greek yogurt

banana

egg

monk fruit extract

baking powder

salt

ground cinnamon

ground ginger

protein powder

gluten free flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Place the bananas in a bowl and microwave for 1:30 minutes. Add the egg, vanilla extract, bananas and greek yogurt, mix well. Mix the ingredients for the glaze and top the banana bread with it. Bake for 35-40 minutes, let them cool down, slice and enjoy!View original recipe
