These is my iconic easy Creme Brûlée Ice Cream Cheesecake recipe, simple and epic combo that you need to make during no matter the season... this is not your regular ice cream cake recipe.. this is dairy-free and gluten-free!

What you need

cup strawberry

tbsp fat-free cream cheese

pt dairy free milk

gluten-free flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F. Place the wrap in a small silicone dish. Bake for for 10 minutes. Cream the cream cheese with a spoon, divide the mix in two. Mix the whole pint of ice cream with half of the cream cheese and top the cooled baked wrap with the ice cream mix. Top with leftover cream cheese, create some swirls. Freeze for a couple of hours. Top with strawberries, monk fruit and caramelize it with a kitchen torch. Enjoy!View original recipe
