1: Preheat the oven at 350F. 2: In a food processor or blender, add the avocado, cacao powder, pea protein, and monk fruit and pulse until fully smooth. 3: Microwave the tortillas for a few seconds (about 30 seconds) to make them softer and easier to roll. 4: Add a spoonful of the mix in each tortilla and roll them carefully.
