Instructions 1. Remove the top of the bell peppers and remove the seeds. 2. Air fry your bell peppers for 20 minutes at 300F. 3. In a skillet heating on medium low heat drizzle a bit of olive oil. 4. Start cooking the onion and for 3 minutes. 5. Add in the shrimp, salt and garlic, let it cook for 4 minutes or until shrimp is slightly pink. 6.
