What you need

1 cup cinnamon
1 orange oil

2 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup monk fruit extract
½ cup cornstarch

1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 non-dairy creamer
Instructions
Blend all the ingredients for the leche frita. Pour the batter into a silicone baking dish. Microwave for 5 minutes, keep an eye to avoid it from spilling the mix. Refrigerate for a couple of hours, even better overnight! Remove the leche frita from the container, slice. Crush the cereal. Cover the slices in gluten-free flour, then cover with almond milk and finally on the cereal. Air fry for 20 minutes at 325F. Let it cool down and enjoy!View original recipe
