Heat the turkey meatloaf in the air fryer for 18 minutes, or bake for 20 minutes. Slice the turkey meat loaf in 4 pieces. Spread mayonnaise over the pieces of bread, top with turkey, cheese and other piece of bread. Grill the sandwich in a skillet, slightly greased for 4 minutes each side approximately.
