What you need

cilantro

plain greek yogurt

tsp cumin powder

tsp fine sea salt

tsp ground black pepper

tsp garlic powder
lime

cup russet potato
Instructions
1. Start cooking the potatoes in a skillet on medium heat. 2. Add the seasonings and cover for 5 minutes. 3. Add the ground turkey chorizo and start separating the meat with the cooking spoon. 4. Cover for 6 minutes. 5. Uncover and stir well until potatoes are crispy and turkey is fully cooked. 6. Serve with greek yogurt and cilantro. 7. Enjoy with corn tortillas.
