Tahini Vanilla Cinnamon Fig Bars

These delicious fig bars are THICK & CHEWY, gluten free, sugar free and super easy to make using some tahini butter, vanilla cinnamon and some figs to increase the texture of this and flavorful on the recipe.

What you need

vanilla protein powder

cup pancake mix

cup tahini

tsp baking soda

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp ground cinnamon

cup dried figs

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup natural sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all the ingredients for the bars in a bowl. Pour the batter into a 8x8 greased baking dish. Blend the ingredients for the fig paste for 30-40 seconds. Pour over the base and create swirls with a fork. Add the toppings and bake for 25-28 minutes.
