Pomegranate & Rosemary Artichoke Dip Potato Salad

Turn your baby dutch potatoes into these show-stopping crispy and creamy potatoes! This is such a fun, easy and delicious recipe to make with some potatoes, some sauce, a touch of garlic, pizza seasoning and a delicious spinach artichoke parmesan dip

What you need

tbsp rosemary

tsp crushed red pepper

tsp garlic

tsp parmesan cheese

cup plain greek yogurt

tsp fine sea salt

tsp ground black pepper

tbsp seasoning mix

tsp garlic powder
lb purple potatoes
Instructions
Slice the potatoes In half and create little cuts across each half. Microwave for 2 minutes, toss them in a large bowl and mix with all of the ingredients. Transfer the potatoes to your air-fryer basket. Air fry for 24 minutes at 385F (shake the basket half way there). Mix the ingredients for the cream.
