What you need

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup monk fruit extract

tsp vanilla extract

whole wheat bread

chocolate syrup

protein powder

Instructions
Mix the egg whites, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla extract, whey protein and alullose in a bowl. Soak the three slices in the mix and place one slice them in a greased small baking dish. Pour over the rest of the egg white mix on top and air fry for 15 minutes at 355F. Add your toppings and enjoy!View original recipe
