What you need

soft cheese

dried mango

soy creamer

vanilla extract

plain greek yogurt

unsweetened almond milk

egg

chocolate extract

baking powder

gluten free flour
Instructions
Preheat the oven at 350F. Mix all the ingredients for the cake and pour into a small baking dish (I used an 5x5 one). Bake for 30 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the tres leches. Beat the ingredients for the frosting. Once baked trasnfer the cake to a plate, poke some wholes with a fork. Pour carefully the tres leches mix over the cake, until it gets really soaked.
