1: Slice the lemons in half and carefully remove the flesh, set these aside. 2: In a large bowl add the Greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk and squeeze one half of the lemons. 3: Beat all the ingredients for the pudding for 3-5 minutes. 4: Stuff the lemon shells with the mix and refrigerate for at least 40 minutes. 5: Top with brown granulated monk fruit and caramelize with a kitchen torch. 6: Enjoy!View original recipe
