What you need

tsp garlic

tsp ground black pepper

tsp caramel

tsp pesto sauce

tbsp chili sauce

tsp ginger root
natural sugar

cup fresh green beans

crushed red pepper

tbsp almond flour
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven at 350F. 2. Add salt, pepper and garlic to all of the chicken tenders. 3. Add the spices to each respective dinner; I used two chicken tenders to each different recipe. 4. Bake for 25 minutes. 5. Cook the side dishes as the bag instructs and serve!View original recipe
