1: Preheat the oven at 350°F. 2: Mix the dry ingredients for the donuts. 3: Add the eggs and Pumpkin Spice Latte, mix well. 4: Pour the mix into a giant silicone donut mold. 5: Bake for 24 minutes, then let it cool down. 6: Blend the granulated monk fruit for the frosting until you get powdered monk fruit. 7: Add the almond milk and mix well. 8: Once baked, add some of the frosting in one half of the donut.
