What you need

cup monk fruit extract

tsp vanilla extract

cup fat free yogurt
cup eggnog
egg

tsp aluminum-free baking powder

cup gluten free all purpose flour
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven at 350F. 2. Mix all the ingredients for the bread and pour into silicone baking dish. 3. Bake for 33-35 minutes. 4. Mix the ingredients for the glaze. 5. Top the baked and cooled bread with the glaze and sprinkle candied pecans. 6. Slice into 6-8 and enjoy!View original recipe
