What you need

yellow cherry tomatoes

marinara sauce

minute rice

gluten free all purpose baking flour

italian seasoning
grated parmesan cheese

salt
boneless chicken breast
Instructions
Mix the gluten-free flour with seasonings and cheese. Coat each chicken breast in the mix. Place in your air fryer basket and air fry for 23 minutes at 355F. Microwave both cups without the film for 90 seconds. Mix the rice with marinara sauce (leave some for serving) and parmesan cheese.
