cup ghee

oz cream cheese

tsp baking soda

tsp cinnamon

cup heavy cream

tsp xanthan gum

tsp vanilla extract

cup coconut flour

cup water
Instructions
1: Preheat the oven to 350°F. 2: In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the brownies. 3: Add eggs, water, and cream cheese spread; mix well. 4: Pour the batter into twelve muffin cups. 5: Press the center of the brownie dough to create a small hole for the caramel. 6: Bake for 22 minutes and let them cool down. 7: In a small pot, add all caramel sauce ingredients and stir continuously for 15-20 minutes until desired consistency is achieved. 8: Pour the caramel sauce into a glass container. 9: Chop each chocolate bar into 4 pieces. 10: Add a tablespoon of caramel sauce into the brownie hole and top with chopped chocolate. 11: Optionally, put the brownies back in the oven for a few minutes to melt the chocolate.View original recipe
