1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, and granulated monk fruit sweetener. 3: Stir in the nut butter, organic eggs, and vanilla extract until a cohesive dough forms. 4: Divide the cookie batter in two and add the 2 scoops of the cacao collagen into one of the batters. 5: Add in the chocolate chips into the two cookie batters. 6: Scoop out the dough from each cookie dough and form into 10 cookies, placing them onto the prepared baking sheet. 7: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
