Taking the regular tuna melt to the next crunchy and low carb level! Packed with protein, iodine, and omega-3’s from seafood, this dish is a delicious twist on the classic tuna melt.
1: In a bowl mix the tuna with sea salt, black pepper, and lime juice.
2: Add the vegetables; tomato, 1 tbsp of cilantro, and onion, and mix again.
3: Cut 2 bell peppers in half, remove the seeds, and stuff them with tuna.
4: Top it with cheese and garnish with crushed crispy salmon skin.
5: Bake for 15-20 minutes.
6: Add cilantro and more salmon skins on top and enjoy!
