Instructions

1: Preheat the oven at 350F.

2: Mix the eggs with 1/2 tsp of garlic, 1/4 tsp of black pepper, milk, and 1/4 tsp of salt.

3: Microwave for 2 minutes the cranberries with chipotle, seasonings, and monk fruit.

4: Slice the buns in half, in order to have them as burger buns.

5: Soak each half in the egg mix and transfer to a greased baking dish.

6: Top with half of the cheese, top with ham and cranberry jam, add the rest of the cheese.

7: Top with the other half of the brioche buns.

8: Bake for 20-21 minutes.

9: Slice and enjoy!
